Weather Monitoring
The weather monitoring features displays forecasted NOAA events to preemptively notify office administrators and snow contractors that field services will be needed. Contractors are notified via email and app notification with auto-generated work orders for the client sites they service.
Snow Removal Verification
Designed to capture the true time-and-attendance and field activities from your snow contractor network. We designed platform to be user friendly and intuitive to eliminate any necessary field training. Your contractor will be able view all the work orders dispatched to their company, view the work order details, check in/out via GPS, capture their field activities such as; service tasks provided, photos, and notes. Your mobile application will live in the Apple App and Google Play stores for easy distribution to your subs.
Validate and Pay Online
Manage, review, and edit contractor-generated invoices to then pass onto your clients for payment. Manage variable labor rates per client, per site, and/or client regions. Create and manage purchase orders for vendors to bill against per service or work order. Once approved, pay your contractors seamlessly online.
